A little about me...

Hi there! My name is Stephanie, and I’m a Creative Marketing/Production Coordinator based in NYC.

 

A pop culture enthusiast, I love bringing entertainment to life through dynamic experiential events, premieres, after-parties, and brand activations. My production journey began in 2015 as a NYFW volunteer, and since then, I've honed skills across various areas, from booking & talent/client management to set decorating and social media marketing.

As Lead Coordinator for a production designer since 2022, I collaborate directly with creative marketing agencies and am deeply involved in developing run-of-shows, negotiating with vendors, creating budgets, sourcing props, and ensuring seamless event execution, among other tasks. 

 

Past clients include Amazon Studios, Fox Entertainment, MILK Makeup, YouTube, Marriott x Renaissance Hotels, Prabal Gurung, JCPenney, Monkey 47, Pfizer, and more.

 

I'm currently looking for a full-time coordination position within film, television, music, or media where I can utilize my expertise in brand strategy, design, and event execution.
